The Phrygian Harmonic Major goes with 7b13#9 chords when this chord is the third or the sixth of the key. The Lydian Harmonic Major goes with minor major7 #11 chords (sometimes called the Diminished major7). Memorize each individual pattern to be able to play each of them starting from any note on your bass. Like in the Major Modes, you are not limited to one octave when you are using the modes. In that regard, the following page shows the positions relating to each mode.
You will also notice that the Ionian Harmonic Major and the Locrian Harmonic Major modes are the same Position Pattern, as well as the Phrygian Harmonic Major and the Lydian Harmonic Major modes.
